What are row credits?
Row credits let you process rows through matching, deduplication, and data operations. Previews are free, and re-runs within 24 hours don't re-bill. Row credits reset monthly and don't roll over.
What is an enrichment?
An enrichment is a provider lookup that returns usable data (meets our confidence threshold). You only pay for successful enrichments—misses are not charged. Monthly enrichment allowances roll over for 30 days, so unused enrichments carry forward to next month (up to 1× your plan allowance). Prepaid enrichment packs never expire and work with any paid tier.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens when I run out of row credits?
You can upgrade to a higher tier for more monthly row credits, or continue with à la carte enrichments using prepaid packs.
