FoundryOps GTM Data Ops for Salesforce
A connected GTM data-operations surface in Sheets.
Spreadsheet-native GTM data operations anchored on Salesforce. Explore what belongs in the Founder Mode launch scope, what is rolling out during early access, and what remains on the roadmap.
Availability
Founder Mode is early access. Launch features and availability may change as the product evolves.
Capability index
Seven families, one operating story.
The catalog keeps the broader product direction visible while making availability explicit at the workflow level. A family can belong in Founder Mode even while a specific capability rolls out or remains on the roadmap.
Salesforce data foundation
Connect Salesforce to a spreadsheet workspace, find the source data you need, and keep connected-data work visible in one place.
Clean and match operational lists
Standardize spreadsheet data, compare lists, and prepare reviewable outputs without treating the source as disposable.
Append-only webhook workflows
Receive JSON from automation tools or custom systems and append incoming records to a selected Sheet tab.
Planning and operational model builders
Use guided spreadsheet workflows to assemble planning and operational models from structured inputs.
Research, enrichment, and providers
Extend spreadsheet research and data preparation with provider-assisted enrichment as part of the product roadmap.
Execution and activation
Carry approved spreadsheet work toward CRM and engagement destinations after higher-consequence workflows are ready for rollout.
Operational guidance and setup
Give operators a practical path through setup, authentication, common workflows, and support without requiring them to reverse-engineer the add-on.
01 · Salesforce data
Salesforce data foundation
Connect Salesforce to a spreadsheet workspace, find the source data you need, and keep connected-data work visible in one place.
Operator outcome
Move from a Salesforce report or bounded SOQL result to a working Sheet without rebuilding the source by hand.
Current boundary
Connected-data visibility is included in the intended Founder Mode launch scope. Refresh workflows are rolling out during Founder Mode, while higher-consequence external changes are not included at launch.
Capability detail
Status is assigned to each workflow, not inferred from the family name.
Manage Salesforce connection
Connect, inspect connection status, and recover the account path used by the spreadsheet workspace.
Browse Salesforce reports
Find a Salesforce report from the spreadsheet before selecting the data to bring in.
Import report and bounded SOQL results
Bring a selected report or deliberately bounded SOQL result into a Sheet tab.
Manual Query Builder
Shape a focused Salesforce query when a saved report is not the right source.
Import Wizard
Guide source selection and import setup from the spreadsheet interface.
Connected Sheets inventory
See which tabs are connected to Salesforce source definitions and review their state.
Refresh connected data
Refresh an existing Salesforce-connected Sheet while preserving visible recovery and error states.
02 · Clean and match
Clean and match operational lists
Standardize spreadsheet data, compare lists, and prepare reviewable outputs without treating the source as disposable.
Operator outcome
Turn a messy export or working list into a clearer operational view that a GTM operator can inspect and use.
Current boundary
No accuracy percentage or system-led record resolution is promised. Duplicate-row review is not included at launch and remains on the roadmap.
Capability detail
Status is assigned to each workflow, not inferred from the family name.
Match 2 Sheets
Compare two spreadsheet ranges and make the resulting evidence available for operator review.
Data transforms and standardization
Normalize common list fields and prepare more consistent values for downstream spreadsheet work.
Formula Help
Provide practical formula guidance for spreadsheet operators working through data preparation tasks.
Account Hunter and list matching
Support account-oriented research and list matching as a reviewable spreadsheet workflow.
Operational-list preparation
Organize reviewable working outputs while preserving the operator’s control over next steps.
Conditional duplicate-row review
A future review-only workflow may identify potential duplicate rows without deleting or merging source data.
03 · Webhooks
Append-only webhook workflows
Receive JSON from automation tools or custom systems and append incoming records to a selected Sheet tab.
Operator outcome
Give operational events a governed spreadsheet destination that can be inspected alongside the rest of the GTM workspace.
Current boundary
The qualifying contract is append-only. Marketing examples and screenshots must never reveal a secret webhook URL.
Capability detail
Status is assigned to each workflow, not inferred from the family name.
Receive JSON events
Accept a JSON payload from an automation tool or custom system through a managed webhook.
Append records to a selected tab
Add received records as new spreadsheet rows in the tab selected by the operator.
Create and test a webhook
Set up the append destination and test the lifecycle before relying on it operationally.
Edit, pause, and resume
Maintain the webhook configuration and control whether it is accepting events.
Rotate or delete
Rotate the secret endpoint or remove the webhook when the integration changes.
04 · Models
Planning and operational model builders
Use guided spreadsheet workflows to assemble planning and operational models from structured inputs.
Operator outcome
Keep modeling work close to the source data and the operators who need to inspect assumptions and outputs.
Current boundary
Rolling out during Founder Mode. Each model will be presented as available for a specific decision only when that workflow is ready.
Capability detail
Status is assigned to each workflow, not inferred from the family name.
Sales and marketing waterfall
A guided model for organizing stage assumptions and the path from demand to revenue outcomes.
Sales capacity stress test
A planning workflow for reviewing capacity assumptions and operational constraints.
Pipeline coverage and timing
A spreadsheet model for exploring coverage assumptions across time periods.
SDR efficiency diagnostic
A guided operational view for examining SDR activity and conversion assumptions.
Territory planner
A structured workflow for preparing and reviewing territory-planning inputs.
05 · Research and enrichment
Research, enrichment, and providers
Extend spreadsheet research and data preparation with provider-assisted enrichment as part of the product roadmap.
Operator outcome
Keep a path open for richer research and enrichment without presenting provider-backed work as part of the launch scope.
Current boundary
Not included at launch; shown as product direction. No provider availability, provider count, credit model, background-job behavior, or tier entitlement is promised.
Capability detail
Status is assigned to each workflow, not inferred from the family name.
Provider-assisted enrichment
A future path for enriching selected spreadsheet records with an operator-chosen provider.
Web research workflows
A future path for bringing reviewed research results back into spreadsheet review.
Provider connection management
A future operating surface for configuring provider-assisted work without hiding its source.
06 · Execution
Execution and activation
Carry approved spreadsheet work toward CRM and engagement destinations after higher-consequence workflows are ready for rollout.
Operator outcome
Preserve the broader GTM operating vision while keeping the initial release focused on reviewable spreadsheet preparation.
Current boundary
Not included at launch; shown as product direction. Salesforce writes, sequence activation, dialer pushes, call-tool execution, and other external mutations are not part of the launch scope.
Capability detail
Status is assigned to each workflow, not inferred from the family name.
Salesforce write workflows
A future, separately gated path for operator-approved Salesforce changes.
Sequence activation
A future path for handing an approved list to a sales-engagement destination.
Dialer and call-tool handoffs
A future connector direction for operator-approved calling workflows.
External action connectors
A future family of destinations beyond spreadsheet preparation, available only after a separate rollout.
07 · Guidance
Operational guidance and setup
Give operators a practical path through setup, authentication, common workflows, and support without requiring them to reverse-engineer the add-on.
Operator outcome
Make the product understandable as an operating workspace, not a loose collection of utilities.
Current boundary
Guidance will match the Founder Mode launch scope and the approved Founder Mode contract. Unavailable workflows are not presented as current instructions.
Capability detail
Status is assigned to each workflow, not inferred from the family name.
