Data privacy overview
Product data handling should follow the workflow a user selects.
FoundryOps connects spreadsheets with Salesforce, data-processing services and optional providers. This overview explains the practical boundaries; the Trust page provides more detail and the Privacy Policy is the binding policy.
Make AI use explicit
AI processing occurs only when a user chooses an AI-powered workflow. The configured provider and expected handling are disclosed with the workflow or its documentation.
Use qualified commitments
FoundryOps documents actual storage, logging, retention and provider roles instead of relying on broad assurances that the architecture cannot support.
When a user selects an AI workflow
FoundryOps does not sell customer data or use it for advertising, credit decisions or training generalized models. When a user chooses an AI-powered workflow, selected data may be sent to the configured provider solely to perform that requested workflow. Provider handling is disclosed in our security and data-handling documentation.
Connected Salesforce workflows
Salesforce report, query and refresh workflows are read-only. Separately labeled write-capable workflows, if offered, are disclosed and qualified independently.
Google Workspace Limited Use
The use of information received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
