Why I'm Building FoundryOps

After 10+ years in Revenue Operations, I've learned that the work that actually keeps revenue moving is almost never the work on the slide. It's the "I'll just clean this up real quick" jobs that snowball: fixing event lists, deduplicating contacts, downloading and re-uploading CSVs into Salesforce, trying to decide if Acme Inc. and Acme Corporation (Global) are the same account.
Those are unglamorous problems. No one raises a Series A to "clean up lead lists faster." But they're real, they never go away, and every Ops person I know is doing some version of this work every week.
